Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience working as therapist and behavioral coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including adults with autism (ASD, Asperger) focusing on social/professional (work) integration, depression, anxiety, inter/intra personal relationship issues, parenting problems (family dynamics).
I excel at helping individuals who have experienced physical/emotional trauma.
My counseling styles are person-centered and growth mindset. I consider the client/therapist relationship to be the most important factor in counseling. I treat anyone with respect, kindness, humility and compassion. I believe in person first, authenticity, growth-mindset. My approach combines trauma-focused, solution focused and dialectic counseling styles. Person-centered approach allows for individual tailoring of coaching and support. Our conversations are set around selected goals on the treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy is generally as effective as in-person counseling.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and clients may change therapists at any time if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical way to work on mental health and personal goals.
