Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thank you for checking my profile. Congratulations for getting this far in reaching out to a stranger for help. It’s never easy. I know from personal experience.
I have been a Social Worker for 34 years. I love being able to help people make the changes they know they need to make. If you don’t know what changes you need to make, that may be where we start. We all have a part of ourselves that knows what we need to do or how we need to be. Part of a therapist’s job is to help you find that part of yourself and give it a voice.
I have seen and heard it all in my time as a therapist. So, have no concerns about sharing information with me, whenever you feel comfortable. We will start from where you are. You are in the perfect place to take the next step on your way to a better life. Remember that the perfect human does not exist. We are all working to make progress, not to become perfect.
I have worked in outpatient and inpatient mental health centers for years. I recently retired from teaching Social Work and Healthcare Management at a local 4-year college. I have also worked in Hospice and Home Health for many years. The type of sessions we have will be based on your needs. Every client is different. I look forward to hearing from you.

Dr. Mark Chustz has worked as a social worker for 34 years, bringing long-standing clinical experience to each client relationship. He enjoys supporting people who want to make meaningful changes in their lives and can also help those who are not yet sure what changes are needed by guiding them to the part of themselves that already knows the next steps.
Throughout his career he has worked in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings and has many years of experience in hospice and home health care. He also recently retired from teaching social work and healthcare management at a local four-year college, which informs his practical, informed approach to helping others.
Dr. Chustz holds a Master of Arts degree and is a licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts. He approaches therapy from a place of realism – the goal is steady progress rather than perfection – and begins by meeting clients where they are. The format and focus of sessions are tailored to each person’s needs, and he welcomes contact when someone is ready to take the next step toward a better life.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that fits their life, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility helps make it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy is a practical, effective way to get support while managing the demands of everyday life.
