Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State with over 8 years of clinical experience. My primary work has been with individuals struggling with substance use and the wide range of emotional, relational, and physical issues that accompany addiction. I have worked with individuals with histories of complex trauma, including intergenerational trauma and childhood attachment issues. I also have experience in treating mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bi-polar disorders, as well as a variety of personality disorders. My clients have ranged in ages, from young adolescents to older adults, and have come from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and playful; I believe that life is already difficult enough, and we don’t need to make it harder for ourselves! I primarily practice Mindfulness-based counseling, which is a client-centered and trauma-informed approach. I believe in leading with compassion and understanding, and one of my greatest hopes is that each client can approach themselves with compassion and understanding as well. I believe that recovery and wellness is a lifelong process, and that my role is to walk beside you to provide tools and support as you make your journey.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person treatment. It can be a practical option for people seeking support for these issues.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best: video appointments, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they seek a different therapeutic fit. Online therapy offers accessible ways to begin and continue mental health care without changing the core goals or quality of treatment.
