Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable to them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they would like a different fit.
