Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My approach to my clients is very focused on finding solutions based on the issues they bring to therapy. In my 43 years of experience I have dealt with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, grief and loss. I have worked with many individuals who have been traumatized at all stages of life. I believe in the use of positive, client centered therapy which empowers people to recognize their strengths and abilities to reach their goals. I am also capable of working with persons who have lost their spiritual direction and feel they have lost their connection with their Christian values. I have recently worked for 4 years with people with neurodevelopmental disorders such as those on the Autism Spectrum and with severe intellectual disabilities. I believe that everyone can learn and grow no matter what they are dealing with!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care for most situations.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility. Individuals can choose the communication method that fits their needs and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to maintain regular appointments around work, family, and other commitments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible, effective way to address common mental health and life challenges while fitting treatment into a busy life.
