Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most cases.
One key advantage is flexibility – clients can meet in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Those who use online therapy meet with licensed professionals, and it is possible to switch therapists if a different fit is desired. Online formats can support many typical therapy goals while offering a convenient way to access care that suits individual needs and circumstances.
