Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my master’s degree specializing in Children, Youth and Families, from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers)! I understand that reaching out for support can be frightening, especially to a stranger, but I assure you that I am a very open-minded, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth therapist with over eight years of experience and expertise to offer you. I have extensive experience providing quality services in a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, relationships, interpersonal dynamics, communication, self-esteem, school/career issues, anger management, stress management, psychoeducation, and life skills.
My clinical modality is that of a client-centered approach focused on a strength perspective and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am very positive, honest, and comical, at times, but I also like to “keep it real” to help you get the help that you are seeking and achieve your treatment goals. A lot of my clients have referred to me as having an “old soul” because of my level of maturity and experience and my ability to relate to others on a diverse scale. I lead my practice with dignity, respect, confidentiality, and trust for every individual that entrusts me with their most personal and vulnerable circumstances. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
*A little about me: I am a mother of 3 – a young adult male, a teenage girl, and a toddler boss! I love retail therapy, listening to inspirational messages, and reading self-development books. If you think that we would be a good fit, please do not hesitate to reach out to me! It would be my pleasure to assist you!

If Kimberly seems like a good fit, she welcomes outreach to begin the therapy process.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions work well for these types of issues.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that best fits their schedule and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they are seeking a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers a convenient, effective way to access professional support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
