Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a Masters Degree in Social Work in 1997. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida with approximately three decades of experience providing mental health counseling to a wide range of clients. I am skilled at providing individual, marital/relationship, and family therapy.
I am certified to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I primarily practice short-term, solution-focused, evidenced based therapy.
I am also trained in and experienced in providing psycho-educational sessions focusing on effective communication skills, “fair fighting” for intimate relationships, re-establishing trust and increasing intimacy in relationships, coping skills for most life stages, social skills, and more. If you have a specific need or request, just ask and if I am trained/experienced in it, I will be happy to help; if not, I will refer you to another provider.
For the last 18 years, I have worked with active duty military members, Veterans, and their families. I have a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges they face. I have extensive experience in helping all my clients better cope with issues related to grief and loss, parenting, adjustment, and intimate relationships.
I treat all my clients with dignity, respect, and compassion as well as with an unconditional positive regard. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started. I am here to support and empower you in your therapeutic journey. I look forward to meeting you and to working with you soon!

Many people wonder whether online therapy produces meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that best fits their lives, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to maintain regular sessions and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they seek a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access professional help for many common mental health and relationship concerns.
