Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am Tracey. I am an integrative therapist and a licensed member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists, living in the UK.
I recognise that for many people, taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be an incredibly difficult and daunting process. Therefore, it’s of primary importance that I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
You can be assured that if we work together, I will genuinely listen and, by doing so, provide you with the emotional well-being support you need to help you navigate this trying period of your life. Furthermore, I will aim to provide you with skills to enable you to feel more in control when future challenges arise.
Through the course of my client work, I have supported individuals with an array of presenting concerns such as relationship issues, infidelity, family conflicts, grief, and loss (whether it be the loss of an important person, employment, or friendship) lack of motivation, and self-esteem concerns, anxiety and depression, self-harm and loneliness.
Important information for potential clients. I am unavailable to conduct sessions on the BetterHelp site on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings as I work elsewhere at these times. Please feel free to message me for more clarity.

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if a different fit is desired, clients can switch therapists at any time.
