Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults, supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and perinatal or postpartum mood disorders.
My practice is grounded in person-centered therapy and guided by a humanistic approach. I believe that you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to meet you where you are—offering empathy, understanding, and unconditional positive regard as we work together. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions openly, without judgment.
Rather than focusing solely on problems, I like to help clients recognize and build upon their inherent strengths and resilience. Together, we’ll work toward deepening your self-awareness, fostering self-compassion, and finding meaningful ways to create balance and fulfillment in your life.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I’m truly honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
