Hi there, I’m Sara. I’m here to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since May 2025 and bring five years of experience in the mental health field. Before joining Betterhelp, I provided individual and group therapy to teenagers in school and juvenile justice settings. In addition, I have three years of experience working with adults in community mental health settings.
I’m passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of life and work collaboratively to reach their goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness people reclaim their resilience and grow closer to the version of themselves they aspire to be — and I’m honored to be part of that journey. My approach is strengths-based, and I incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
