Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Vikki. I know from personal experience how transformative counselling can be. Having navigated my own mental health challenges, I understand how hard life can feel at times. That’s why I’m here: to offer you a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore who you are, how you’ve come to be, and what might be holding you back from living the life you want.
I love connecting with people. It’s such a privilege to hear your story and help you make sense of it. My style is warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth. I believe in meeting you where you are and going at your pace.
Whether our sessions involve deep reflection or moments of lightness and laughter, what we create together will be uniquely ours: a space just for you to be seen, heard, and supported.
Life isn’t always easy, but I believe self-knowledge and understanding are key to reclaiming your personal power. I feel especially passionate about supporting survivors of domestic abuse and childhood sexual abuse, as well as those navigating grief, trauma, or major life changes.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy slow and easy craft projects, staying active, and losing myself in a good book. At my core, I believe we’re all doing the best we can with what we know, and that no one person is more worthy than another.
If you’re ready to begin your journey, I’d love to walk alongside you. Let’s figure it out together.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person work.
An important benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy around everyday life.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and if someone feels they need a different match they can switch to another therapist at any time.
