Natalie Janinski

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

Healing doesn’t have to take a lifetime. Experiential therapy can help you get back to yourself sooner. I am a lived experience practitioner, trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) (Level 1) and Coherence Therapy. These experiential models engage the brain’s natural memory reconsolidation process. Memory reconsolidation allows for rapid transformation of traumatic memories, thereby dissolving symptoms such as anxiety, people pleasing, self-sabotage, and depression (to name a few). For some, this change happens more effectively with experiential approaches than with other styles of talk therapy.
Alongside these models, I offer evidence-based somatic interventions tailored to your needs, these include yoga informed movements, breathwork, polyvagal techniques, and mindful focusing.
Connecting with a therapist that feels right for you is essential – trust your gut! 🙂 Please email me if you would like to organise a brief chat. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about working together, to see if we are a good fit.

About

Natalie Janinski is a lived experience practitioner who offers experiential therapy designed to help people return to themselves more quickly. She works with issues such as anxiety, people pleasing, self-sabotage, depression and other symptoms that often follow trauma.

She is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) (Level 1) and Coherence Therapy. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a model that works with different ‘parts’ of the self, and together these experiential approaches engage the brain’s natural memory reconsolidation process. Memory reconsolidation supports rapid transformation of traumatic memories and can lead to the dissolution of symptoms like anxiety, people pleasing, self-sabotage and depression.

Alongside these models, Natalie integrates evidence-based somatic interventions tailored to each person’s needs. These include yoga-informed movements, breathwork, polyvagal techniques and mindful focusing, used to complement the experiential work.

Finding a therapist who feels right is important – trust your instincts. Prospective clients can email Natalie to organise a brief chat; she is happy to answer questions about working together and to explore whether they are a good fit.

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or life transitions, evidence indicates that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.

One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to keep continuity of care.
