Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) as well as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) in Los Angeles, California with 12 years of professional work experience in the field of Mental Health. I have had the awesome pleasure of helping clients with stress, anger management, career exploration, life adjustments as well as grief and loss. In addition, I’ve assisted clients coping with substance use, addiction, depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, and bipolar disorders.
I love the helping relations profession and believe in the therapeutic process. Moreover, I live by the Shakespearean quote, “To thine own self be true.” The ability to live, love, and laugh despite what you are going through can be very challenging. My vision is to help clients establish whole, healthy, lifestyles and relationships by creating an atmosphere of respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
