Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am here to accompany and support you for as long or as short as you need. My expertise includes working with relationship issues- intimacy, identity, abuse, sex, infidelity, fantasies, self-esteem, and trauma. I have been trained in psychoanalysis, existential and CBT and integrate these models to tailor our work to your unique needs. I also often work with anxiety, depression, and low mood and can help you navigate life’s deeper questions—meaning, choice, responsibility, and change. Therapy with me is a conversation—one where you’re fully heard and encouraged to find peace. We will work together to find meaning, direction, and a way forward that aligns with who you are or who you want to be.
I offer a non-judgmental and dynamic space to explore these areas. My aim is to support you in facing the things you may struggle to look at alone and to help you continue your journey with renewed strength, peace and confidence. Feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to discuss how we might work together. I also can provide therapy in French. I often help clients navigate relationship issues (romantic, familial, professional), understand their desires, reconnect with their partners, identities and sexualities, but also help the ones being single/alone. I keep an open mind with each client and see what resonates with them. We will look at the past and more importantly present and future. My approach stays friendly and professional. You will find a relaxed and confidential space to explore where you are, make sense of things and reflect.

Many people wonder whether remote counselling can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or transitions in life – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face work for most common issues.
An important benefit is flexibility. Individuals can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging, making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different match they are typically free to switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, this combination of accessibility and professional support makes online therapy a practical and effective option.
