Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I would like to welcome you to Better Help, where you will find caring and personal support and discover effective ways to break free from those issues that are holding you back from achieving your dreams in life. I believe that every one of us has a calling or purpose in life, and the journey to discovering and walking in that purpose should be both exciting and challenging. I like to view myself as a “life coach” and that is the framework that we will use if you decide to join with me in overcoming those obstacles that have been in your way.
I have been a social worker for more than 30 years and have experience working with people from many backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges. Much of my experience has been working with individuals struggling with relationship disappointments, fear and crippling stress, with couples dealing with marital strife and with parents trying to navigate the ever changing landscape of family life. There are many other issues that I have been able to assist with including coping with the challenges in a blended families, workplace stress, financial concerns, and men’s issues.
We can work together in whatever manner you are most comfortable with, including phone and texting and sometimes video sessions if that is your preference. My availability is mostly during daytime hours during the week with some evening times and a handful of afternoon times on weekends, but I do check and respond to messages every day.
I look forward to to working together with you in this noble endeavor that you have decided to embark upon with us here at Betterhelp.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be similarly effective to traditional in-person work for most individuals.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistent contact and integrate therapeutic work into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they are looking for a different fit. For many people, the combination of accessibility and a credentialed therapist makes online therapy a practical and effective option.
