Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. My practice in mental health involves work in a broad range of programs such as my private practice, corrections, schools, hospitals, and mental health centers. I know that no single approach to therapy works for every person, therefore I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as: CBT, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness. I will offer my experience and expertise to help you to strengthen coping skills, to discover creative ways to resolve conflicts, to empower you to make changes and to support you through a personal crisis.
I have worked with adjustment issues due to major life/career change, crisis, loss, trauma, substance and alcohol addiction, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and behavioral/cognitive problems related to brain dysfunctions. I offer an empathic, non-judgmental and safe online therapy space to promote growth and healing. This means I do not guide or direct you towards specific religion, believe system and/ or political orientation but towards your personal counseling goals. If you are uncertain as to what to say, have questions, not sure if this is the right approach for you now, I will help you to make the decision about counseling. I am continuously seeking professional growth in my career. I recently obtained the Certified Clinical Trauma Professional level I, C-DBT and completed courses on Telemental Health and Mindfulness.
My educational credentials include:
Doctor in Biology – Universidade de Brasília, DF, Brazil
Master of Science Major: Psychology – Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Illinois
Psychologist – Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of communication that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, clients generally have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy can support many people in making progress toward their goals while accommodating the practical realities of daily life.
