Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
‘To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you into something else is the greatest accomplishment’ R.W. Emerson
Hi, I’m Caroline. I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor with extensive experience in both one-to-one and group work, drawing on CBT techniques. I support people who are feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, or lost, helping them make sense of their emotions so they can move forward with greater confidence.
Many of my clients come to me overwhelmed by challenges such as life changes, loss, relationship difficulties, stress, or burnout. My person-centred approach creates a safe, supportive environment where I integrate trauma-informed, relational, and CBT methods. This allows clients to feel connected, understood, and empowered to take control of their lives and choices.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and access support from wherever you are.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different therapeutic fit they can switch therapists at any time. For many, online therapy offers a practical and effective route to support with everyday mental health challenges.
