I’m here for you to listen without judgement, to contain your difficult emotions and to be with you when you look into the darkness and to help you on the journey back to self. My work experience covers stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, relationships, self-esteem, addiction and parenting issues.
I am an integrative counsellor with special interest in CBT, depending on your needs we can work around your beliefs and thinking patterns, and I can help you gently challenge and reframe them in a more positive and healthy way. I also work with reparenting and inner child and can help you revisit your childhood and start healing the wounds.

Tetiana aims to hold difficult feelings and accompany clients through challenging moments as they work toward healing and reconnecting with themselves.

She also incorporates reparenting and inner child work to revisit childhood experiences and begin healing old wounds. Tetiana practices with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, tailoring conversations and therapeutic methods to each individual’s needs while remaining authentic and true to herself.
