Ellie Pulley

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

Hello, and welcome to my profile.

I’m Ellie, and for the past 10 years I have been supporting my clients with the struggles they might be facing.

Sometimes in life we are able to identify that seeking support might help us with our situation, but we might have fear or anxiety about ‘opening up’ to someone and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable.

Seeking support can be scary, I know this because I have been there myself.

So first of all, congratulations on making this first step. I know how difficult this can be!

What type of counselling do I provide?

The counselling I provide is warm, non judgemental, informal and interactive. My approach combines CBT and Person Centred Therapy. I will tailor our sessions, and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I will be with you through each step of your journey to offer my support and expertise to get you to the outcome you desire.

I specialise in supporting clients with a wide range of issues including:

Addictions, Abandonment Issues, Anxiety, Low Confidence / Self Esteem, Relationship Difficulties, Domestic Abuse, Childhood Trauma, Adult Trauma, Jealousy / Paranoia, Self Harm.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. One of the key benefits is flexibility – people can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is by video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life. All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would work better for them. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access professional support for many common mental health and life concerns.
