Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, and a warm welcome to you.
Taking the first step to seeking support can be a challenging one, and I commend you for already getting this far.
I’m a registered Integrative Therapist which means that the way I offer counselling varies upon the individual and the support they require.
I practice in accordance with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society’s ethical framework, which can be found here https://ncps.com/about-us/code-of-ethics
Many people come to counselling for answers, understanding of themselves. I believe you to already have your answers. My role as your counsellor is to provide a supportive and holding environment while you find them.
I work from a belief that building a strong, therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in counselling. I aim to do this by listening to you without judgment, responding to you with kindness, and supporting you at a pace that feels both safe and considerate to your needs. You are the expert of your own life, and I will be here to meet you where you are.
It is by developing a therapeutic relationship whereby you feel emotionally held, that hopefully, you can feel safe enough to share your experiences, thoughts and feelings. In turn, you will be giving yourself the opportunity to create self-awareness, which ultimately creates the space for therapeutic change and a more balanced life.
I look forward to getting to know you,
Aimee.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is convenience – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can therefore provide both effective support and practical accessibility for many people.
