Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. I am a counsellor based in the UK and came to counselling after many years working in the corporate world.
I use an integrative approach, which means I may draw on your childhood and upbringing to help understand why you may be feeling the way you do, and then focus on how this impacts your day-to-day living.
I am gentle and non-judgmental, and I aim to offer a trusted relationship that allows you to feel safe and open with me.
I work with you to explore what brings you to counselling – I may encourage you to go more deeply, or I may offer a different perspective, but the focus of our discussions will come from you.
I will not judge you, but instead really listen to your worries, anxieties, and concerns, and support you to find ways to cope and manage them more effectively. I want to support your healing journey, and may also help you to grow, by working alongside you.
I have experience in working with feeling lost, relationship issues, work related stress, anxiety, self-esteem, gender identity, panic attacks, cultural issues, undiagnosed ADHD, family relationships, divorce, attachment styles, working through life decisions, and more.
I typically have sessions available between 8.30am and 3.30pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions often achieve similar outcomes for these issues.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can choose how they connect with their therapist, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to schedule care around work, family, and other commitments.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients are able to change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers a convenient way to access professional support while keeping the focus on the same core therapeutic goals as face-to-face sessions.
