BACP-registered counsellor helping you understand yourself, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change at your pace.
I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor credentialed in the UK and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with extensive experience in clinical practice. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, family conflicts, relationship challenges, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, and self-esteem issues. I also help people achieve personal goals, such as making healthy lifestyle changes, navigating education or career decisions, and building confidence.
My therapy style is warm, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in labels that limit or stigmatise. My approach is integrative, combining person-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and creative methods. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique needs, at a pace that feels right for you.
It takes courage to seek a more balanced, fulfilling life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you.
