Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hey, I’m Louise. I’m an empathic, down-to-earth ND Integrative Creative Counsellor who understands what it feels like to be overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, relationship challenges, alcohol issues, ADHD, or low self-esteem, I’m here to help.
I specialise, but not limited in trauma, complex PTSD, couples counselling, and addiction, as well as supporting survivors of sexual abuse. Having lived through my own challenges, I know how tough it can be to reach out. But you don’t have to carry that weight alone. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can unpack your feelings, process your past, and move towards healing.
Your therapy journey will be unique to you because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Whether through talking therapy, live chat, or creative counselling techniques, we’ll work together to find what best helps you express and explore your emotions. Sometimes, words aren’t enough—and that’s okay. Together, we’ll find ways to process the pain and create a more manageable, fulfilling life.
Reach out, and let’s take that step forward together.

Louise Malyan is an empathic, down-to-earth ND Integrative Creative Counsellor who recognises how overwhelming anxiety, feeling stuck, or intense stress can be.
She works with people facing trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction and alcohol issues, ADHD, low self-esteem, and related concerns. Her practice includes support for complex PTSD, couples counselling, survivors of sexual abuse, and other trauma and abuse matters.
Drawing on talking therapy alongside creative counselling techniques and live chat options, Louise offers a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, process painful experiences, and move toward healing. She believes each therapy journey should be tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
As an older female therapist based in the United Kingdom with three years of clinical experience, Louise aims to help clients find practical ways to manage their emotions and build a more fulfilling life. She encourages reaching out for that first step and works collaboratively to discover what best helps each person express and process their experience.
