Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Julita, a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist with a holistic approach to healing and wellness. I draw from various therapeutic methods, including Transpersonal, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Person-Centered, to understand the complexities of human experience comprehensively.
In my sessions, we address your challenges by considering their impact on all aspects of your life. I incorporate techniques like embodiment, visualisation, dream work, mindfulness, goal setting, and breathing techniques to support your healing journey.
My background includes completing a four-year postgraduate diploma in Counseling and Psychotherapy at the Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London, as well as a 1-year course in Fundamentals of Counselling and Psychotherapy at CCPE. During this transformative training, I have discovered the profound power of breathwork, dream work, movement therapy, and mindfulness. Since then, I have had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, helping them deepen their connection with themselves.
Following personal losses, I took a break from 1:1 client work to focus on my healing, to integrate my experiences and to travel. During this time, I explored movement, bodywork, and energy work, leading workshops on that topic. I furthered my holistic perspective by completing Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, integrating mind-body-soul balance into my life and practice. I also taught yoga and developed my own unique approach called Flow Infinito which is a fusion of the ancient wisdom of yoga, Western psychology, my training as a transpersonal psychotherapist and my own lived experience.I believe in bringing together the wisdom of both Eastern and Western philosophies to promote a balanced and practical approach to health and well-being.
In addition to my therapy practice, I am a passionate dancer, yogini and meditation practitioner, and I embody the principles of health and wellness in my own life. My empathy and understanding of the human experience create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions freely.
As a passionate psychotherapist, my aim and quest lie in empowering individuals to transform their lives and heal past wounds. I am dedicated to guiding my clients towards discovering their authentic selves and connecting with their life purpose. Breaking unhealthy patterns is vital in this journey to foster growth, joy, and a sense of meaning. Moreover, my keen interest lies in working with women, particularly in areas of personal development, sexuality, and empowerment. I bring expertise and experience to these areas, recognizing the significance of addressing them for women’s growth and overall wellbeing. With my unique approach, I am dedicated to helping individuals embark on an empowering journey of personal growth and authentic self-discovery.
Taking the first step towards a more fulfilling and happier life requires courage, and I am here to support you in that process. If you would like to embark on this inner journey together, please let me know.
