Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been practicing in the field of therapy since receiving my graduate degree from Indiana University in 2012 and have worked with a wide variety of people and presenting problems. I also am currently back in school to obtain my doctorate in psychology and am getting the opportunity to learn new skills and work with an even larger variety of people. I have a passion for working with others and helping others find their way through issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and more. I believe the therapeutic relationship plays a strong role in the success of therapy and thus work hard to ensure that my clients feel comfortable and know it is a safe space in which to disclose and work on whatever problems they may have. I prefer the work of therapy to be collaborative. I do not use one particular therapy technique or theory when working with clients but, rather, prefer to meet clients where they are and use whatever tools best meet your needs. For many, I know taking the step to reach out to a therapist is a difficult one, and I applaud you for taking this step towards a better you! I strongly believe in the process of therapy and am ready to start helping you make progress towards the change you want in your life. I look forward to meeting you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can provide meaningful support. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, research indicates that remote therapy can be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for many individuals.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to access care from different locations.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, remote therapy offers a practical, accessible route to begin or continue mental health work.
