About

My first priority is to build a good relationship where you feel safe and heard. I have a compassionate, empathic and non-judgemental approach to psychotherapy, which helps create the therapeutic relationship for your journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Whilst the sessions will primarily led by you to allow personal exploration, I will help guide and work with you to to unpack the narrative and identify any limiting beliefs, life scripts or mindset etc, that may be keeping you stuck.

I have training and experience as a BACP registered Integrated Psychotherapist dealing with various issues such as addictions, bereavement, anxiety, depression, divorce/separation, body dysmorphia, low self-esteem, and much more. I hope to hear from you soon.

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy is widely used as an alternative to in-person sessions. One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life. Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if the match does not feel right clients can change to a different therapist. This flexibility and range of contact methods help many people engage with therapy in a way that works for their circumstances.
