Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor in the UK, working from a person-centred foundation to ensure a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship encompassing deep listening, warmth, empathy and compassion within a non-judgemental, confidential environment. An intuitive approach which follows the individual needs and direction of each unique client leads me to integrate other theoretical modalities where appropriate.
I have enjoyed working with clients from six to sixty plus years, enabling self-exploration, self-expression, self-understanding and personal growth, finding the use of creative therapies especially effective.
Whilst I have particular experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, confidence, self-esteem, bullying, anger management, neurodiversity, OCD, bereavement and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, attachment, identity (including exploration of gender and sexuality), trauma, abuse, and PTSD, I am entirely open to exploring any issues arising while working with you.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards positive change. I am glad to be here to support & empower you in that journey.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
