Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am qualified counsellor in the UK with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, depression, & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and with out judgement. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and be proud of yourself for doing that. I am here to support you in your journey to achieve that process.
I understand that talking to myself, a stranger, may feel a little strange but I am here to listen to your story without any judgement or prejudice, and to accompany you on your journey to understand why and how you are feeling as you do. We will work together to talk through feelings, emotions and circumstances you feel are blocking you from being the person you wish to be. This journey may feel like a rollercoaster with dips along the way but please be reassured that this is normal and, as I say, I am here to accompany you on this exploration of you.
A way I use to describe ourselves and the thoughts and feelings we experience throughout our lives, is that we have a ‘cupboard’ and for whatever reason, we put our thoughts and feelings away in there when we, either don’t have the time, inclination or simply want to bury them away. What we will do together is prise open those doors, gently at first, to see if we can ease some of the pressure. We will talk about what those pressures may be and then either put them back to come back to when you are ready, or look to see if there are any solutions or resolutions by talking about them.
I look forward to meeting and start working with you, kind regards, Jude.

Judith Day is a qualified counsellor based in the United Kingdom with 6 years of professional experience. She works with people facing stress and anxiety, grief and loss, depression, coping with life changes and ADHD, offering practical and compassionate support.
Judith treats everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion, and she aims to provide care without judgement. She adapts conversation and treatment plans to each person’s unique needs, recognising that seeking a more fulfilling and happier life is a courageous first step.
She understands that speaking with a stranger can feel unfamiliar, and she provides a listening space free of prejudice. Judith listens to each person’s story and accompanies them in exploring why they feel as they do, working together to talk through emotions and circumstances that may be blocking progress.
To describe how people carry their thoughts and feelings, Judith uses a ‘cupboard’ metaphor: sometimes we put difficult feelings away when we do not have the time or inclination to face them. In therapy she gently opens those doors to relieve pressure, deciding together whether to set some issues aside for later or to explore solutions and resolution by talking through them.
Judith acknowledges that this journey can have ups and downs and reassures clients that such variations are a normal part of the process. She looks forward to meeting new clients and starting work with them. Kind regards, Jude.
Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can choose the way of connecting that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from wherever you are.
Each therapist in online delivery is a licensed professional, and if you feel a different fit would be helpful, you can switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective route to getting help for everyday mental health concerns.
