Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 12 years of experience. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression. I also have significant experience in working with people who might be struggling with parenting concerns, relationship issues or family concerns.
My counseling style is to approach each person with wonder, respect and acceptance. I provide a nonjudgmental and culturally aware perspective. Although I am not a person of color, I have unique life and work experiences that allow me to have knowledge and understanding of communities of color. I utilize reflection and a person-centered approach as the basis of my practice and may use techniques from cognitive behavioral, strengths-based and humanistic modalities. I want my help to be what you need and will work with you to individualize your treatment to fit your unique needs.
I know it is not easy to ask for help and it takes courage to advocate for yourself. You have already taken the first step and I am here to help with the next one.
I truly feel it is a privilege to be allowed on the journey with you and I look forward to working together!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is convenience. Clients can connect in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to weave therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different match is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists. This flexibility and professional oversight help many people access consistent support in a way that fits their lives.
