Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
With over 15 years’ experience working with clients in various modaities, from mentoring and life coaching to therapeutic counselling.
I am a registered member of the BACP with a specialisation in CBT providing the skills to offer a wide range of low, medium and high-level therapeutic interventions. I have dedicated my professional life towards supporting people, working in a wide range of settings and encountering many cultures.
I offer bespoke support and intervention for those who need additional provision, working one to one with individuals to build resilience and coping skills so they can manage their day to day lives and succeed with reaching their goals. I am often implementing action plans for specifically tailored support ranging from day-to-day issues through to more significantly challenging mental health issues.
I have experience working with clients with a variety of mental health conditions, including those currently experiencing homelessness – living in an emergency housing shelter. These cases are often complex and require dedicated care and the ability to manage the risk associated with homelessness and any associated problems that may impact clients or arise as a result of their situation.
At present I mainly work evenings and weekends, with the occasional daytime sessions are available on request. I am happy to discuss a time that suits you best and try to work to that, rather than having lots of open session slots on the online calendar – so please ask if you cant find a time you’d like!

Many people want to know whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is video consultations, phone appointments, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain continuity of care without rearranging work, travel or family commitments.
Therapists who offer online work are licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists if they feel a different approach would be a better fit. For many people, remote therapy provides practical access to skilled support while offering a variety of ways to engage with treatment.
