Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a registered counsellor in the UK with over 22 years of professional work experience working with both individuals and couples and, through my work, I have been privileged to meet many unique and beautiful human beings.
As a counsellor, I believe my greatest strength is my ability to create a meaningful connection with another human being. I believe in always striving to be genuine, authentic, empathic and to feel an unconditional acceptance of others. All of these qualities I consider to be vital in order to create a therapeutic relationship with someone who is looking for help, with whatever it is that has led them to seek counselling.
I believe within counselling, a meaningful and trusting relationship with another human being is a vital part of the therapy, and that it is this relationship with another that enables us to understand and accept ourselves and to heal and grow.
As a counsellor, I view myself as a fellow traveller, sharing part of another persons journey through life, for as long as they want me alongside them. I feel both humbled and honoured when someone puts their trust in me, and invites me to walk alongside them for a while, and shares with me with their unique story.
I have worked with a wide variety of issues including, anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, stress, work related issues, trauma, abuse, loss and bereavement. I also have considerable experience of working with clients on the autistic spectrum. In addition, I have experience and a special interest in working with clients who have experienced a cancer diagnosis and treatment and the associated emotional impact that has.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if the therapeutic fit is not right you are free to switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, the combination of accessibility and professional support makes online therapy a practical and effective choice.
