Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Qualified in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Masters level, my passion and commitment to helping others has been lifelong. I specialise in Person Centred Psychotherapy, working with people to bring about change in their lives and working with a variety of Mental Health difficulties.
Creating a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your every thought and feeling, is paramount to the way I work. Together we will build on our therapeutic relationship, creating a space where you feel accepted for who you are and where you feel able to speak openly about anything, without fear of judgement.
There have been many times in my life where I have needed a safe space to be heard, fully accepted and able to express myself in various different ways. This however, has often fallen short. My aim is to provide this very space to you, to enable you to make important changes in your life, to enable you to choose yourself and to enable exploration to unlock your full potential.
With me as your therapist, we will not only explore your thoughts and feelings but we will go beyond that, seeking to connect all aspects of you together. When we experience life’s difficulties, experience traumas and struggle with our thoughts, emotions and behaviours, we often disconnect our bodies from our minds. What happens then is we often lose sight of what is really going on for us, mistaking illnesses or bodily sensations as something to ignore or treat with medication. Whilst medication has its place, what I have found throughout my training and working as a Psychotherapist, is that often these physical symptoms are a result of unresolved, trapped emotions that can be worked through and released in therapy. My aim is to re-connect your mind with your body and then work with you to find soul-fulfilling activities for you to enjoy, which will give you a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

Rebecca Bayliss is a psychotherapist qualified in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Masters level who specialises in Person Centred Psychotherapy. She works with people experiencing a variety of mental health difficulties, supporting them to bring about meaningful change in their lives.
Her practice centers on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to her approach, and she aims to offer acceptance and understanding so people feel able to speak openly about whatever they are facing.
Having valued the importance of being truly heard and accepted, Rebecca seeks to provide the kind of space she found lacking at times in her own life. Her goal is to help clients make important changes, to empower them to prioritise themselves, and to support exploration that unlocks broader potential.
Rebecca also pays attention to the connection between mind and body. When trauma, emotional struggles, or life difficulties lead to disconnection, physical symptoms can follow. While she acknowledges that medication can have a role, she has found through training and practice that some bodily symptoms reflect unresolved emotions that can be addressed in therapy. Rebecca works collaboratively to re-connect those aspects and to help clients discover soul-fulfilling activities that contribute to a more satisfying life.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions. Research and practice have shown that remote sessions address these issues successfully for a large number of people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that feels most comfortable, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care when schedules or circumstances change.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they need a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to work with trained clinicians while keeping the same professional standards as traditional therapy.
