I am a therapist based in the UK and registered with the BACP. I trained at Leeds Beckett University. I have over 15 years of experience supporting a diverse range of people with many different issues (5+ years as a therapist and 12+ years working in mental health, homelessness and addiction services). I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am an integrative therapist which means I draw on different ideas and methods depending on the needs and preferences of each person. I have an interactive approach that encourages self exploration and self compassion. I know that sometimes life can feel hard to navigate and we can all struggle to cope with difficult emotions, unwanted thoughts or painful relationship experiences. I believe that whatever the presenting issue is, with the right support, every person has it in them to find their way to a calmer, happier and more fulfilling life. I am here to carefully support my clients through hard times and to help each person find the best path to reach their goals.
