I am a MBACP (reg) Counsellor in the UK with 9 years of professional work experience in the mental health field. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse etc. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I have a BSc (hons) in Psychology, a FDA and a BA (hons) in Counselling. Also, I am a PCE-CfD (person centred experiential counselling for depression) practitioner and I have a myriad of experience in the mental health field. I understand the nuances of individual lived experiences and how they impact us as humans when dealing with social, cultural, religious, spiritual and individual pressures. My approach is Person-Centred Therapy along with Psychodynamic understanding. I also use Emotion Focused Therapy. I feel with Unconditional Positive Regard, Empathy and Congruence most emotional obstacles can be understood and overcome.
