Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My specialist area of employment & training for over a past decade is trauma. for example, the traumatic consequence of rape sexual abuse & domestic violence. I’ve worked with clients with varied conditions such as depression, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and a lack of confidence. I also have supported clients through varied complexed life experiences such as being trapped in patterns of co-dependency behaviour & narcissistic abuse. I work with addictions & love meeting/working with multi diverse clients. I’ve also worked in the Health care sector supporting clients with Learning disabilities. My role is a facilitator of change. I have expertise to understand the underlying reasons behind entrenched detrimental cycles of behaviour originated in your past & playing out in your present! Do you self sabotage? Throw that hand grenade in when you lose control of a situation & then question yourself why things ‘aren’t working! I can assist you in developing solutions to your road block, the ‘stuck’ feeling you get when things seemingly turn out the same & you feel misunderstood.I’m here to listen! We can explore these approaches. I offer high support with curious questioning, always asked with warmth, humour and kindness, a compassionate approach to aid understanding. Allowing you to see how life can possibly be! I do understand (believe me!) Shifting our mindset is a difficult task, years of entrenched thinking can bring forth great conflict within, it can be scary to communicate our true selves, share our shadow side, our inner monologue ( that voice in our head that says something very different than we verbally express!). I assure you I’ll meet you where you are and join you on your journey, bringing a non judgemental view. I’m an older therapist & have lived a colourful life! There’s no need to be alone! …..so if you think we would be a good fit….I’m looking forward to working with you!

Miss Helen Fox is a therapist whose specialist area of employment and training for the past decade has been trauma, including the traumatic consequences of rape, sexual abuse and domestic violence.
Across 10 years of practice she has supported people experiencing depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and a lack of confidence. She has also worked with clients caught in patterns of co-dependency and those affected by narcissistic abuse.
Miss Fox works with addictions and welcomes working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her experience extends to the health care sector, where she has supported people with learning disabilities.
She approaches therapy as a facilitator of change, helping clients to understand the underlying reasons behind entrenched, detrimental cycles of behaviour that originated in the past and continue to play out in the present. She can assist clients who struggle with self-sabotage and the familiar ‘stuck’ feeling when situations repeatedly unfold in the same way.
Her style combines high support and curious questioning with warmth, humour and kindness, offering a compassionate and non-judgemental approach. As an older therapist who has lived a colourful life, Miss Helen Fox aims to meet people where they are and accompany them on their journey toward change. If she seems like a good fit, she looks forward to working together.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes—online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in the way that suits them best: by video call, on the phone, via live chat or through in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would like a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical, adaptable way to access professional support when addressing everyday mental health needs.
