Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
My name is Lucinda, I am a registered member of the BACP and live on the East Coast of the UK.
I believe a holistic therapy can have a positive outcome for any individual and so I practice the Person Centred Approach, this means I work with you to explore the areas you wish to bring to our sessions.
With over twenty years working in the mental health industry and eight years working as a counsellor I have supported, assisted and held many individuals with a wide range of challenges.
I value the rapport between a client and counsellor. When a person is in pain I am not afraid to be there with them, we may be silent and then challenge that moment with trust and understanding.
My intention in working with a client is to assist with the move towards a more confident and empowered way of being through the therapeutic discovery of the answers they hold within.
I offer messaging, phone or video call sessions.
(To maximise the quality of our sessions, I kindly request you to ensure you are in a private, confidential space, with as minimal interruptions as possible)

Lucinda Slavin is a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) based on the East Coast of the UK. She works from a holistic, person-centred perspective, collaborating with individuals to explore the topics they bring to sessions.
With over twenty years in the mental health industry and eight years practising as a counsellor, Lucinda has supported a wide range of people through various challenges. She places great importance on the therapeutic relationship and on developing trust and understanding at the client-counsellor interface.
When someone is in pain Lucinda is willing to sit with that experience, allowing silence where it is needed and gently working through difficult moments with respect and care. Her aim is to help clients move toward a more confident and empowered way of being by discovering the answers they hold within themselves.
She offers sessions by messaging, phone or video call. To maximise the quality of sessions, Lucinda asks clients to be in a private, confidential space with as few interruptions as possible.
Many people want to know whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the way they connect that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and you have the option to change therapists at any time if you feel a different match would be better for you.
