Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can really help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with major life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
One key advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit support into everyday life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients are free to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
