I am Tamzin Brain, a UK-based Hypno-Counsellor, with over 10 years of experience in both hypnotherapy and counselling, and I am also an Approved AnxietyUK Therapist and a Mindfulness Coach.

My mission is to help my clients overcome any challenges they may be facing, which may mean they feel they aren’t their best selves or living their best lives. I want to help you recognise your full potential, and step into your awesomeness and your best life.

I am a very intuitive, organic therapist and so you will find my approach very person-centred and eclectic as I work to understand your experience from your point of view and to help you to work through any problems, make significant mindset shifts and overcome blocks, and empower you to move forward towards the life you want to have and become the person you want to be.

I offer empathy and understanding; I am open-minded and non-judgemental; and I aim to develop a confidential, supportive, trusting, and respectful, relationship with you as my client. In so doing I hope to help you find freedom from the clutches of any mental health challenges you may be facing; find your inner peace, calm, and happiness; and build feelings of confidence, self-esteem and self-love.

I can offer you support in overcoming depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, etc through online hypnotherapy, counselling, and psychotherapy sessions.

I can help you to break free from self-sabotaging behaviour and resolve inner conflict through NLP and IMR.

In my private practice, I also help my clients improve their health and well-being further through several specialist programmes including mindfulness/meditation, relaxation, smoking cessation, and weight loss programmes. My private clients also enjoy exploring past lives with Past Life Regression sessions; and many benefit significantly from my Inner Child work.

I work with individuals and groups and throughout the year I also run other special programmes and transformational events, for you, your family, friends, and colleagues, etc.
