Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome. I am an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist. My main modality is Person Centered Counselling but I am also an Integrative Counsellor. Being trained in other modalities such as Solution Focused, ACT & CBT and using PHQ9 and GAD7 as a method of assessment, means I am better able to tailor your therapy to meet your unique and individual needs. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. My therapy style is warm and interactive, treating each person with respect, sensitivity and compassion.
I have worked for The National Health Service in a ‘hands on’ in an emergency 24/7 Community Mental Health setting for a number of years. Additionally, I have a number of years experience of working in a Mental Health Charity supporting clients presenting with issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, loneliness, isolation, health & well-being and relationship issues.
I understand that it may take courage to seek therapy and that it may be difficult to take the first steps towards change. But if you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and help empower you.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists if they would prefer a different match. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective route to support and progress.
