Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
With a dedicated focus on trauma, attachment, relationships, and early childhood wounds, I offer a compassionate and comprehensive approach to therapy.
I help trauma and loss survivors find security in the present, reconnect with their inner child, and live life on their own terms. I recognize that everyone has faced adversity and that traumatic experiences are a universal part of life. This understanding underpins my belief that everyone’s pain is valid and worthy of being shared and worked through.
Not processing trauma can significantly impact mental well-being, leading to conditions such as anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, and other mood or personality disorders. I am committed to providing a safe space where you can process your pain and work towards a happier life.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining Transactional Analysis and Brainspotting. Brainspotting, a neuroexperiential model, is particularly effective in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment issues. By meeting you where you are in your journey, I ensure a personalized and empathetic therapeutic experience.
I work with Transactional Analysis integratively and through a trauma-informed lens. I deliver the stabilisation phase of trauma therapy as I combine TA models with the STAIR protocol and grounding.
I have BSc in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling specialising in Transactional Analysis. I am also a certified Brainspotting practitioner (Phase 1 and 2).
I have also completed a certificate in Grief and Bereavement Counselling, Rewind Therapy, Shadow Mastery and introduction to Narrative Exposure Therapy training, Certificate in working with Couples. My commitment to continuous self-development allows me to integrate various models and provide a service tailored to your unique journey.
I am an author of an Inner Child Workbook and Journal, where I provide valuable tools and insights for individuals seeking healing and self-discovery.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can really help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist using the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. Online work can offer an accessible way to receive consistent support while maintaining the professional therapeutic relationship.
