Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Reaching out takes guts. Most people sit with their struggles far longer than they need to, so you’re already moving just by being here.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, anxious, lost or just “not yourself”, it doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re carrying more than your system can process alone. My role is to help you untangle what’s going on so you can feel steady, grounded and in control again.
I work in a straightforward, person-centred way. No judgement, no lecturing, no “fixing”.
You’re the expert on your own life; I’m here to help you hear yourself clearly again.
I’ve spent 11+ years working across schools, the NHS, addiction services and private practice. I’ve supported people through just about every flavour of struggle and what I’ve learned is that people don’t need someone barking instructions at them. They need a space where to finally breathe, speak honestly and not feel like they’re “too much”.
I also live with ADHD myself, so if your brain tends to run fast, jump around, overthink, hit overwhelm or struggle with emotional intensity, you’ll never have to explain or mask it with me. I get that world from the inside.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a surfing instructor and a dad to two girls. The ocean has taught me a lot, mainly that conditions always change, and people do too. With the right support, you can shift, adapt and move forward, even when life feels choppy.
If you’re looking for a therapist who’s grounded, real, calm and easy to talk to, someone who actively listens at depthand helps you make sense of things, I’m here.

Reaching out for support takes courage, and Thomas Roberson recognises that many people sit with their struggles far longer than necessary. If someone feels overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, anxious, lost or simply not themselves, Thomas sees this not as being broken but as a sign they are carrying more than their system can manage alone.
He works in a straightforward, person-centred way – without judgement, lecturing or attempts to “fix”. Thomas treats each person as the expert on their own life and aims to help them hear themselves more clearly so they can feel steadier, more grounded and regain a sense of control.
Across 11 years of practice, Thomas has worked in schools, the NHS, addiction services and private practice. He has supported people through a wide range of difficulties and has learned that what people often need most is a space to breathe, speak honestly and stop feeling “too much” rather than someone who shouts instructions.
Thomas also lives with ADHD himself, so when a brain runs fast, jumps around, overthinks, hits overwhelm or struggles with strong emotions, clients do not have to explain or mask that experience with him. Outside the therapy room he is a surfing instructor and a father to two girls; the ocean has taught him that conditions change and people can too. With appropriate support, change and forward movement are possible even when life feels choppy.
For those seeking a therapist who is grounded, genuine, calm and easy to talk to, and who listens at depth to help make sense of things, Thomas Roberson offers a steady, supportive presence.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating professionals are licensed, and clients are free to change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different match. Online therapy can therefore offer accessible, practical support for many everyday mental health needs.
