Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Mabuhay! Welcome to my page.
Stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions are all part of the journey that we go on and are very challenging to face. A safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space is essential for you to explore, discuss and discover yourself, this is what I offer. I believe that therapy is not about me telling you what to do, it is about nurturing your growth to help you discover solutions. My goal is to help you create a positive change in your life through therapy. Through our sessions together, we will develop a set of skills to address challenges and concerns that will help you live in the present moment
I have 10 years of experience working with child, adolescent and adult counselling. My approach is integrative, which means that I draw on a range of psychological theoretical perspectives in my work, to help you explore yourself in a way which has meaning for you. I have worked with clients addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns.
I take a multicultural approach to my work. As a Filipino living in the UK I recognise the importance of expressing oneself. I can offer therapy in Tagalog and English.
Someone can help you and it is okay if at times, you need help. I understand it takes courage to make a step in seeking help, and I appreciate that finding the right help is vital in healing and addressing your concern. I understand it must be hard to take that first step but I hope you try.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research and practice show that online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person work for these types of issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the mode that feels most comfortable.
All therapists in this setting are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, effective way to access support while maintaining continuity of care.
