Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Come in. Bring your baggage. We’ll sit together, unpack it, and figure out what has gone wrong and what now to do about it. It will be a journey, your journey; and I will be alongside you as a guide. Feeling overwhelmed and without direction is often what brings people into therapy. Once you take that step, you are no longer alone. Whether you are coping with a situational concern or a life-long condition, I have a range of approaches, honed during my 30 years in the profession that will be useful on your journey.
From EMDR, Solution-Focused counseling, & talk therapies to the less well-known Imagery therapies, Expressive Arts, & Energy techniques, these approaches will help you achieve your goals; and as a Board-Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress, I am well-equipped to help if you have a history of trauma.
In addition, my Imagery studies were with Akhter Ahsen, Ph.D., founder of Eidetic Imagery Psychotherapy, and for the 20+ years I have been using imagery, I have seen the strong and positive impact it has had on many lives. LGBTQ and gender-diverse communities are welcome in my practice.

Tobi Ricca invites people to bring what they are carrying and work together to identify what has gone wrong and what steps might help. He frames therapy as a journey in which the client leads and he accompanies as a guide, offering direction when feelings of overwhelm and lack of direction are present.
With 35 years of experience, Tobi uses a broad set of tools developed over decades of practice. His methods include EMDR, Solution-Focused counseling, and traditional talk therapies, alongside less common approaches such as Imagery therapies, Expressive Arts, and Energy techniques.
As a Board-Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress, he is prepared to assist clients with trauma histories. Tobi’s imagery training was completed with Akhter Ahsen, Ph.D., founder of Eidetic Imagery Psychotherapy, and he has applied imagery methods for more than 20 years with noticeable positive effects for many people.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is scheduling flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their life and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to keep regular appointments.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and individuals may change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. This combination of accessibility and professional care makes online therapy a practical option for many seeking support.
