Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For a range of common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best – video calls, telephone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy into busy schedules.
All sessions are conducted by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they prefer a different match. This approach makes it easier for people to access support in ways that work for their lives and needs.
