I’m a therapist and clinical supervisor with 8 years experience. I work integratively which means I tailor make the model I work with to best suit your needs. I have particular experience in working with depression, anxiety, self esteem and a particular interest in working with body confidence, relationship issues and body confidence. This covers a wide range issues including eating difficulties, abuse, trauma and many more.
I work very relationally and believe in bringing my whole self into the work I do, I like to use my compassion and intuition to guide me when supporting the people I work with.
