Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a dually licensed clinician in North Carolina and possess an additional license in Florida as well.
Having started my education later in my adult life, I believed I had arrived late to the game. But I found that life experience paired with my own belief system, allowed me the opportunity to view life’s challenges through a unique lens.
Throughout my career I have held different positions in mental health. I started at the bottom, and through my education worked my way up, and, because of that I have been able to experience different perspectives while working with this population. I have experience working in addictions residential treatment, Intensive Outpatient Programs, facilitating support groups, teaching life skills, as well as speaking engagements, Through a Christian approach I have worked with many individuals struggling with low self-esteem, purpose, guilt and shame, and a variety of other life’s obstacles and helping clients resolve them.
I believe in using a collaborative approach in helping my clients. In addition to my Christian counseling experiences, I also use a multitude of other evidence-based practices, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Therapy. I believe myself to be supportive, yet direct. I am compassionate, empathetic and endeavor to provide each client with a safe space to openly work on and address the barriers in their life that are causing them distress, pain, and suffering.

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable to traditional in-person care for addressing those issues.
A major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility. Clients can choose the communication method that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit mental health care into a busy life.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and individuals may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. This approach makes it practical to pursue consistent support while adapting care to personal circumstances and preferences.
