Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile. I’m a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, registered with the BACP, and I have over five years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
My core approach is Person-Centred therapy, which means I believe in your ability to grow, heal, and find clarity when offered the right conditions—empathy, acceptance, and genuine understanding. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely, at your own pace.
Alongside my main approach, I’ve completed specialist training in Trauma Studies and Gestalt Therapy, and I integrate tools from CBT, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory when it’s helpful. This allows me to tailor sessions to meet your unique needs and goals.
I have a particular interest and experience in working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, identity issues, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I also bring a multicultural perspective to my work, and I offer sessions in English, Spanish, Catalan and/or Italian.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, looking to make sense of your past, or simply want a space to understand yourself better, I’m here to support you on that journey.

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, evidence shows that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and reduces barriers to getting support.
Licensed professionals deliver online sessions and are able to adapt approaches to each person’s needs. If a different therapist would be a better fit, clients have the option to switch at any time.
For many people seeking help with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to support and progress.
