I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, in Michigan with over 15 years of experience as a mental health provider. I serve clients by helping them address various stressors such as anxiety, drug use, depression, interpersonal relationships, trauma, health complications, as well as overall life challenges related to aging.

Catherine Brenen is a Michigan-licensed clinical social worker with 16 years of experience helping people navigate a wide range of life challenges. She works with individuals facing stress, anxiety, substance use concerns, depression, relationship and family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy-related issues, eating disorders, parenting difficulties, anger management, self-esteem struggles, career stress, bipolar disorder, and the effects of life transitions and compassion fatigue.
