Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes—online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. A key benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life. All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful.
